
Coastal erosion on Rügen

The beautiful and dangerous path on the east coast of the island of Rügen in the Baltic Sea. The chalk coastline of Rügen is being eroded at an incredible pace, so that forest is dragged in to the sea and forest paths have to be constantly moved backwards.
