The long rains bring life
The rains are finally arriving in the Rift Valley in South West Kenya and with it the dry and brown landscapes green up within few days just to become brown and dry again few weeks later. This landscape is home to the Maasai people, its livestock and still plenty of wildlife. Lake Natron in Tanzania can be seen towards the right horizon.
