° Silky Path to the Mountains °
by Roshanak Tootoonchi, University of Trento, Trento, Italy
Going for a jog at 7 in the morning in Trento, Trentino-Alto Adgie has its own privileges. No matter where you go you get followed by the beautiful mountains and the silky cloud currents, laid out close to the peaks of mountain ranges. If you watched a bit closely, you could spot clouds moving and forming different shapes in a matter of seconds. This is of course the benefits of living in a mountainous region, as well as having a night of rainfall!
Winds blowing across the mountain ranges, pushing suspended water droplets and moisture upward, thus forcing them to cool down and condensate, and form these beautiful cotton-candy like clouds.
Trento has a very surgical way of making people "want to" become hikers, bikers runners!
