Whatering sandstone by Pere Crespi. Menorca.
Differential erosion or meteorism as a consequence of atmosphere ( water, temperature, ... ). Limestone is more dark than the other stone ( calcareous) which cover limestone and for this reason. These processes produce a curious shape and an a special colour red.
