From a dying glacier to another one
The southerly-exposed Mesule Glacier is shrinking year by year and is condemned to disappear in the next decades due to the rising temperatures. From inside a large cave at the base of the glacier we can se another agonising glacier: the Marmolada Glacier, northerly-exposed but following the same fate. The fast retreat of glaciers of the Alps driven by climate change, is unstoppable.
