Bubbling Cauldrons: volcanic fumaroles in the Azores
This video shows the fumaroles activity at Lagoa das Furnas, in São Miguel (Azores). Both mud and relatively-clear water bubble intensely in natural shallow basins, witnesses of the volcanic activity beneath the surface. The area is set in the larger volcanic crater of Lagoa das Furnas.
