
Bezymianny volcano in Kamchatka
This picture was taken during the field work on taking off seismic stations that operated around the Bezymianny volcano for one year from 2017 to 2018. In December 2017, there was an explosion with the ash plume reaching 18 km. Fortunately all stations survived and recorded details of the eruption development.
