Rain over Montfol (Haute-Loire)
Nearby the Mont Mezenc, (Haute-Loire, France), the "roche tourte" dominates Les Estables. A very local shower in visible over the Montfol in the background with a blue sky elsewhere. This single picture illustrates very well the extreme spatial variability of rainfall fields.
