The edge of the Greenland Ice Sheet

In summer 2024, I spent a month in Greenland working on a project that was exploring the thermal characteristics of ice marginal lakes. I found this view mesmerising - the very edge of the ice sheet. Beyond, it seemed as if the ice was infinite.
