Mama Apacheta, Salar del Huasco is located in the Region of Tarapacá (Chilean Altiplano, The Andes), Chile. These are mounds of stones in which the locals, who after the passing of the years have learned to respect their traditions, deposit offerings to Pachamama (earth/time mother) to have a good trip.
