Creature and creation

At first, this picture would look like a great social media material, which was the original intention behind the click, serving its eco-tourism purpose. But recollecting that experience more closely, clear seawater, undisturbed vegetation (mangroves, in the picture), wildlife (Crab-eating Macaque Long Tail Monkey in the mangroves) and people managing their livelihood engaging in tourism and provisioning natural resources for food was mesmerizing. What fascinated me the most was how efficiently we were utilizing ecosystem services to our advantage and how efficiently the government (Thai government specifically) is trying to enforce the laws to maintain this feedback of opportunities between economy and ecology. This was a beautiful example of support between people and planet.
