Plastic Hero on Chao Phraya River

This photographs shows a "yellow boat" worker from the Bangkok Metropolitian Adminstration (BMA) on the Chao Phraya River in Bangkok. The yellow boat team is every day on the river to remove floating plastic and litter. The photo was taken during my fieldcampaign, where I sampled how Water Hyacinths entangle floating plastics.
