Monumento Naturale di Campo Soriano
Campo Soriano is one of the most important karst area in the italian region. Here imposing calcareous monoliths stand out, giving origin to very high pinnacles , like "La Cattedrale (The Cathedral) depicted in this photo. In the Campo Soriano area there are important karstic features like dolines, karst fields, and sinkholes.
