Cookstove as an outdoor air quality problem
Cookstoves have traditionally been dealt with as an ambient air quality problem. However, this picture shows that it contributes significantly to the ambient air quality too. As a common practice, the locals keep their stoves outside until it is fully ignited, making Chandrapur the 4th most polluted city in India.
