Cloud Shadows on Nunataks

Shadows cast by rapidly moving, scattered clouds fall on the nunataks of Twin Glacier at the head of the valley to the south of Alexandra Fjord, Ellesmere Island, Canada. High wind speeds and dramatic clouds are often found over this valley.
