Walking Into The Dusk

The Maasai Mara National Reserve, where this picture was taken in 2015, is an extension of the famous Serengeti and belongs to the Rift Valley in Kenya. Thanks to it’s unique and protected location the park has a vibrant biodiversity, including the “Big Five”. Here we see of one of them, a family of African savanna elephants, walking into the sunset. Recent survey revealed an increased population after a long decrease due to poaching and conflicts with locals.
