"Bad Air" in New York City

This photo was taken on a hot and windless summer day in 2018. Local weather forecasts warned about "bad air" at this day. At first sight, the sky was clear but sunlight reflections from the glass facade of One World Trade Center made aerosols visible by light scattering (Tyndall effect).
