Beijing view (I)

This photo was taken on 17 October 2008 from the roof of the Institute of Atmospheric Physics - IAP located in Beijing, China. We can see a view of the city with the buildings scarcely visible through Beijing`s polluted sky. It is quite amazing how the sky turned from very clear (16/08) to hazy (17/08) in one day.
