Acid test of the eddy covariance mast

This video was filmed during an open ocean cruise 2018 (GEOMAR) with the RV Poseidon (Kiel) off the coast of Mauritania. While criss-crossing a fresh upwelling patch we had to travel north - against the northeast tradewind - resulting in an uneasy voyage.
