Fluvial system reset: monitoring geomorphic change
After mass flows from headwater glacial landscape with unstable slopes, Mosco river recreates its alluvial channel from high flows of melting glacier system upstteam. With Andy Russell, Holly Chubb, Joel Ancan and Amantú Jullian we installed trap cams and lidar-cam systems to monitor change, critical for Villa O'Higgins downstream, last southermost town in Panamerican 'highway'.
