Chaotic sky over Rothera

A typical summertime sky at Rothera research station on Adelaide Island, Antarctic Peninsula. Streaks of icy cirrus drift above, with patches of stratocumulus below, providing a dramatic backdrop for the icebergs and white-capped waves of North Cove.
