Sunset on the peak of Saint Barthelemy Massif
Field mapping often leads to just a "one-more outcrop" mentality. The issue occurs when you end on the peak of your mapping area (2,348 m) and the sun is starting to set. At the peak you will find a series of partially melted granulite mica-schists and granodiorites.
