Bare Tree of National Brides National Monument
With the seeming desert around, it seems hard to find life in the Moab area of the Midwest in the United States. Here, a tree that has long since passed its expiration has been completely dried out due to the lack of moisture in the grueling sun. Any lingering animals use this as a source of shade and possibly dwell inside. The surrounding terrain is composed of late Paleozoic - Early Mesozoic rock that has been eroded by wind over time.
