Tragédia em Nova Friburgo (Brazil) - once again
A series of landslides, debris flows and flash floods occurred between 11 and 12 January 2011 in Nova Friburgo, in the Brazilian state of Rio de Janeiro, causing hundreds of casualties. At the end of 2013 a huge rock slide hit and destroyed, once again, many houses within a neighborhood of the municipality (barrio Três Irmãos). This photo was shot about six months after the landslide.
