These images have been acquired from the European MSG satellite at July 21, 2009. The geostationary orbit 36000km above the equator allows an extraordinary view on the waxing Earth at 5:00, 6:00, 7:00, 8:00, 10:00, and 12:00 UTC (clockwise).
